- To appreciate it? No it doesn't, a cheap price with decent capabilties is
- all it needs to sell, especially the Surfer bundle.. people will see it
- as a cheap means to access the Web/Net AND play games AND do their word
- processing on it etc.. that's all it needs along with the right push in
- advertising/marketing.

- HAR! Oh I have got to quote this.. "With PCs you get standards" HAR!
- About the only thing STANDARD on the PC is bloated software! Where is the
- standards in SVGA cards, where is the standards in 16/32 bit audio cards?
- Etc. Why do you think drivers and patches are constantly being wrote for
- all their apps and games? Where is their standards for what IRQ to have
- your bloody MOUSE/MODEM set to.. man! The Amiga wins out with standards,
- the Amiga wins out with lean code and wins out with less memory requirements.

-
- You must be talking about the low end Amiga then huh which is meant to be
- good enough as is and expand when you need to and have the cash to.
- Resent getting an Amiga? If so, then why do you not have a PC since then
- are "basically the same price". >:->

-
- The Amiga can use a lot of off the shelf stuff.. from disks to modems, to
- Hard Drives to CD-ROMS, printers, heck even the new Snappy can be used
- on the Amiga, it just needs software for it! :)
